- Description
This is a work created by Kawamura Kanpō depicting five cranes dancing in the sky, with Mt. Fuji and auspicious clouds hanging over in the background. The rhythmic arrangement of the cranes is very decorative, which provides the hint that Kawamura Kanpō was influenced by the Rinpa school. The rising sun painted on the left side of Mt. Fuji is also very colorful. The entire piece has a congratulatory atmosphere. It is a masterpiece created with the unique worldview of Kawamura Kanpō.
