ART NOMURA Starts Selling Japanese Mounting Fabric Online!!
Japanese fabrics have been used for mounting Japanese traditional art such as kakejiku (hanging scrolls), makimono (scrolls), Japanese-style framed picture, byobu (folding screens) and tsuitate (screens). Fabrics have been contrived with various patterns and colors to accentuate the artwork.
We keep many types of fabric in stock to meet various customer’s demands.

The number of people who want to purchase fabrics from us are increasing recently. We hear that they mount kakejiku by themselves. Until now, we usually used email to confirm the details of fabrics, but we have just prepared fabric order pages on our website to boost convenience of them.

Mounting fabric is usually lined with Japanese paper. Some fabrics sold on the pages have already been attached with backing paper. Please check the condition of the fabric before purchase.
